What we collect. When you submit the contact form, we store the fields you provide (name, email, company, role, website, services of interest, budget, timeline, message, referral source) so we can reply.
How we use it. Only to respond to your inquiry and to understand which services people ask about. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.
Who can access it. Only Bobby Macias and authorized team members of The Proving Grounds. Submissions are stored in our managed backend and protected by database-level access controls.
Retention. We keep submissions as long as they're useful for the conversation. You can request deletion at any time by emailing bobbymacias@provinggroundshq.com.
Cookies & analytics. This site does not set any tracking cookies by default. If we add analytics later, this page will be updated first.
